Start 15 mins late for van to arrive at depot! Driving outrageous - tooting aggressively, swerving. Can’t believe there were no casualties. Arrive 2 hours after ETA. Timetable needs to be updated. Van very comfortable, although impossible to sleep!

Comfortable and efficient, smiling and friendly staff

Free pickup from hotel. A little confusion over seating but quickly sorted. Driver took great care over damaged road. I felt safe throughout the journey. Rest stops were at clean and comfortable places. Best bus journey in Cambodia so far (out of 5).

Driver drove fast. In the backseat it was quite uncomfortable while jumping up and down the whole time because of bumps in the road. Also the backseats for 4 people is quite cramped together compared to the other seats.

The ticket office continues to suggest a shorter time for arrival. I think they've not been on Rd number 5. It is 6 hours. The heavy traffic and number of 18 wheelers weaving between cars and motorcycles makes a shorter trip impossible. Good drives!

The bus broke down halfway. Though the conductor and driver tried their best to help us get alternative transportation.
