Driver of bus from Saigon to Phonam Penh was eating and talking with fellow passengers for long time. Driver form Phonam Penh to Sihanoukville of VIP van was 80% of his driving on cell phone. In both the cases it is not safe for the passengers's life

I have taken Mekong Express many times and never have anything to complain about. Great company! Would recommend

The seats were very old and uncomfortable and there was an annoying and unnecessary 30 minute stop at a tourist trap were they tried to sell you overpriced stuff.

Bus advertised to take 4 hours however it took is 7.5 hours. The bus driver picked up some lady along the way. He stopped next to the road and waited for 30 minutes without telling us what was going on. We only stopped once in 7 5 hours so had to hold in.

Overall an enjoyable trip

Bus was extremely slow. AC on bus did not work well, so it was hot and uncomfortable. And bus driver made a flirting comment toward me that was unprofessional.

The ride took about 8 hours, 2 hours longer than advertised. The bus runner will also collect an extra 5 dollar fee for some made up reason related to getting through customs so factor that into your decision when choosing a bus company for this ride.
