Third time crossing the border to Vietnam with Mekong Express. Before smooth, this time every foreigner got ripped of 5 dollars for some stamp excuse with the threat we'd be left at the border if we didn't pay. Never using Mekong Express again. SCAM

The people who ran the bus were really rude. Speaking to us like naughty children and with very sour faces by Cambodian standards. It felt more like a school trip than a border crossing

Will rather choose the big bus instead of a minivan. High speed plus all the bumps on the road

There is no punctuality at all. It takes me around 10 hours to arrive at Ho Chi Minh but we are told before departure that it takes only 6 or 7 hours. The instruction at the border checkpoint is not clear, and we have to wait and wait among the crowd.

Bus was old and tired, too hot at back, bus arrived at different station to the ticket without any previous information and company refused to pay for transfer. Pretty bad day

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, un horror! Asientos súper incómodos, como en una lata de sardinas o peor!

The driver was driving in a dangerous way (too fast and not careful while overtaking)

Bus was 25 mins late. Air conditioning was inadequate. The bus advertised free WiFi but there was none.
