the first bus from hcmc to phnomphen ia better than the bus from phnom phen to siem reap. the aircon is not that cool and the bus smell like smoke inside

Soooo much better than the trip there. Don't know what an Inspector is that you refer to.

Really good staff and overall excellent cheep service. The bus was a little old and the aircon wasn’t very good - I would recommend the company but. Try and book either a mini van or the better bus! It’s worth paying a bit more for this

The bus trip was good with very clean and well presented bus, however the wifi system kept cutting out. The big problem we experienced was being kept for 2 hours by Vietnamese border post officer who was determine to process all others before our bus.

The trip took longer than expected but the staff were friendly and efficient. They provided biscuits and a bottle of water for everybody. The bus was comfortable enough for the trip. It’s a good option if you’re looking for value for money.

We departed on time and though the bus seemed old, it was comfortable enough for the trip. Water was provided and they facilitated a smooth immigration process. The AC acted up a bit and it was a bit warm for about and hour or two of the trip.

Bus was seriously uncomfortable and hot for 6 hours. It was late so we sat outside our hostel for 45minutes at 6am. Apart from that, did the job.

After 1:30 delayed with no reason why. I got bitten by bedbugs on the seats of the bus probably due to the lack of cleaning of the bus. I would never use you again.

Late departure, late arrival. Poor condition of the bus interior. Wifi not working. No charger as advertised. The staff was great, it is a shame that they have to work in such a poor environment.
