Great experience as always with Mekong express. The mini bus was spacious, clean and even had nice decor.The bus driver was really friendly and polite. I asked if we could stop for a toilet break and he stopped less than a minute later at a service statio

Waiting place is super comfortable. Service was great! Everything went well on the border. Super! Bus was very comfortable as well. We got snack and water. The only thing weird is they picked up some locals on the journey, I don't know if this is normal.

Over all very good . luggage not labeled at start. More information is always good.

It was ok, it got me from A to B. There is no WiFi on the minibus as advertised.

The driver drove erratically and at times dangerously, left the bus 3 times to get refreshments for himself, not explaining to passengers, my window could not be seen out of due to being broken and sticky film covering it, he didn't talk or smile to us

1,5 hour late. Nobody needa to go to toilet 4 times during 4 hour drive and eat dinner. I’d prefer to be on time then stop every 45 minutes.

They would pick us up at 12:00 in the end had to wait untill 14:00(!!) before they picked us up, no working airconditioning in the van, bad road, horrible driver. Unfortunately would not book this again

Staff was friendly and the bus was fine... arrived 1h30 late though.
