Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

Overall not a bad experience. Had a puncture on route but the driver delt with it within 30 minutes or so. Took much longer than the stated 4 hours though. Nearer 6.5 with the 30 minute delay and food stop.

They asked us to pay for the immigration which is kinda shady.

Very comfortable night bus. I slept very well. I felt safe even for my baggage because it was with stabs so that no other person can claim it.

The driver stopped too many times, drove 30 minutes stop, drove 30 minutes again stop. He stopped like 10 times in total. Then the stop in Phnom Penh is way too long. You are called Mekong express but this is not express at all !

The service was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It was long trip but because of comfort in bus, I did not feel how time passed.

Thé journey was fine, took longer than expected . However I sat in the back of the minibus and after 5 hrs had terrible travel sickness . For those that suffer from this I would suggest a big bus like the one we used last time

The driver at 11 Nov, he play the telephone and check facebook when driving, it is very dangerous and not care our safely.

NO WIFI on board!!!! 9 hour trip due to heavy traffic.
