• Travelers must have a valid Passport (and Visa), and other required documents. No refund shall be made if travelers are not allowed to enter Thailand/Vietnam because of a lack of documents.
• It's the Traveler's responsibility to do immigrant procedures at the border checkpoints, however, Virak Buntham would give you such necessary assistance.
