The bus was comfortable, clean and we didn't have problem with the time schedule. The staff was professional and very helpful during border's procedures.
Overall is ok. But the staff in the office claimed that walk in booking close 2 days yet the website still accept booking at the day before departure. There was a little argument luckily Problem solved but need to take Note on this matter

The assistant from the boarder of cambodia and bangkok scammed us even if we are from ASEAN country and others. They asked us to pay $5. And also in immigration, we are also scammed. Hope you do something about this for the protection of the passengers.
Employees of Virak Buntham are trying to "help" them with Visa - and require a lot of mamy od that. Visa cost to Cambodia - 30USD (around 1000 THB) - they want 1500 THB (45USD). Their "help" in real is nothing - its the same waiting time or longer
Horror stories of being left behind, bus not showing up and 16 hour trips had me scared but all was fine. Bit dirty on bus, and they take $10 off you to do the visas which seems a bit much, but I was expecting worse. Took 9 hours instead of advertised 12.
the Tv didn’t work. The snacks on the bus were. A piece of cake. And a small water. Would I use these again definitely not. VIP bus. They said. The bus was on its last legs.

Was pleasantly surprised by the service after reading previous reviews. Bus staff was punctual and professional! We applied for e-visa before hand so the border was super simple!
