Sold our seats eventually got on to find that people were sitting on floor, boxed in, hot as AC insufficient, crowded and dangerous, HORRENDOUS 10 hour journey !!!

During purchase ticket, should have textbox for customer comment. Ur hotline didn't receive my call at 7pm.

I suggest this transportation. The bus was clean, air conditioned and driver very efficient!!
