The service was okay. There was no water or cold towel. I wish the bus driver had told us what to do at the immigration gate. Our group just stood there without our passports not knowing what to do for more than half an hour or so.

One star too many for Kumho Samco, who failed to get us from PP to HCMC. Bus was good, driver a heavy braker but ok. Attendant awful; knowingly left us at Vietnam border, despite the short hold up being due to his mistake. No attempt at warning. Disgrace.
