First bus crashed into a tuk tuk. No regard for anyone’s safety on board or the tuk tuk driver. Took an hour to send another bus, which also broke down. Inspector actually found it FUNNY. No communication. AWFUL.

El bus salió a tiempo desde el terminal, pero el chofer manejó pésimo, frenaba tan brusco que no se podía descansar porque te pegabas. Había que ir afirmado todo el camino. Nada de cómodo

Die Begrüßung im Bus war herunter geleiert und leidlich verständlich. Vor der Grenze wurde dies wiederholt, in den Abfertigungsgebäuden gab es keine Unterstützung. Trotzdem klappte alles, es ging keiner verloren. Der Abschied war grußlos

We were offered tonleave early since we got there early it was a nice timming on our end. The inspector helped us by fiving a clear insteuction once we arrived at the Bavet border crossing and mindfully reminded us of the drop off station to be careful.

I left my wallet on board after I left the bus and the guy in the service depot called the driver to look for it. The driver found it under my seat and it was returned the next day minus £50. No one had been on the bus other than Mekong staff. thieves.

Was good and like a real bed just little smaller and they had toilet on but clean and tidy very well done

After having a horror experience getting into Cambodia (four hours waiting in a bus at the border), using Mekong Express was incredible. They were smooth and professional, the bus was little dated but we were all extremely comfortable and impressed.

All in all a good journey. Sometimes a little more information why we have to give the passport, but peanuts :) The only thing: toilet was broken. This is why the accommodation got only 3 stars. Thank you for your service. :) recommend it.
