It took us a long time to arrive in Phnom Penh. Communication is definitely a working point: we didn't know the time of arrival, that there was a lunch stop or what happened at the border control. This could be far more better! Good price though.

We ask for the change departing day....and nobody didn't confirm....so we paid again for new tickets!

Arrived at station early so was asked if we wanted to go on earlier bus which we did. Bus guide very helpful at border crossing sorting out the visas. Snack and water given and a 20 min stop for lunch. Great experience!

The bus was older than expected with less leg room. It would be nice to have usb adaptors on the bus for charging devices while traveling between countries.

The bus was clean and comfortable, even though a little dated. We were provided water and morning tea and were assisted in immigration at the border crossing by a staff member. We arrived approximately 1 hour later than expected - overall no complaints

They forgot and left me at the border without luggage after immigration. Someone was able to tell me where they went and drove me 2 or 3 km to where the bus stood and everyone had lunch. Mistakes happen, still this was a rather unpleasant experience.
