The trip ended up with using three more hours than planned. Driver was good :)

Enjoyable drive, easy and organised. Would use them again. No wifi although advertised.

Comfortable journey

It was awful. The driver got into a bad accident and swerved us off the road and almost tipped the bus over. He then ran away along with his driving partner and left all the passengers in the middle of the night. New bus showed up 1 hour and a half later.

The driver drove very fast and the van was so dumpy unlike the previous time.

Very good overall experience. Very comfortable minivan, lots of room for legs, complimentary bottle of water, safe driving. Driver gently stopped when I asked him (I am 5-months pregnant). I highly recommend it!

The driver was fine and managed to nearly avoid a cow collision. The annoying part were there French idiots talking loudly all the way to Sihanoukville. Also, the en route stop is not at the nice place PSD stops at, but another place with poor facilities.
