Drive was alright but the aircon above my row didn't workand the one behind. It was an older van that was extremely worn and torn in a lot of places. The seat were not comfy and the WiFi didn't work

The service is fine, the departure was actually on time but the vip van was kind of old and when it drived, it made a lot of noices. It looked new from outside but not the inside. So it was really like I was taking a normal 42 seats old bus, not a VIP one

Love it but the seat is not too comfortable

Easy booking and save time ... but some bus companies aren't in the app ... love it anyway

Pretty cramped mini bus- so not the most comfortable. But relatively on time, one clean rest stop, working air con, and wifi to some extent.

Very little place at the bottom of rhe minivan and the driver drove very fast, it was really inconfortable

Too hot and took us one hour longer than expected

No water. No wifi. Not enough legroom. Very small windows so it is hard to look outside.

Only problem was,that there was no wifi as it should be
