Traveler reviews for Champa Mekong from Kep to Phnom Penh

Comfortable bus and excellent driver, very safe and responsible. However, the bus from Kep is just a pickup service from various guest houses to go to Kampot, where we then joined the bus service to Phnom Penh, so arrived much later than scheduled

The travel was really bad. On the web site was written that the trip was direct, instead we have to change bus in kampot and wait one hour there. Moreover, the bus delayed almost 3 hours. Really bad experience with this company, never more!

The driver from Kamput was very disrespectful. The bus was not on time. We got to PhnomPenh 2 hours delay. The worst company.

2 hours delay for arriving, over customers, change car and 45 minutes waiting on the way, all is without enough explain.

Kep to Phnom Penh : One hour and half of delay without any information. We had to wait a new van in Kampot in the street. After the air conditioner didn't work and we hadn't enough place because of the luggages. I definitely don't recommend it !

Worst bus company in Cambodia! We had to go from Kep to Kampot on a tuktuk and we arrived in PP with 3 hours delay. We booked a VIP van but we ended up in a super messy bus with backpacks on the floor and the driver was so rude too. A waste of money!

Good service

The bus was correct, but, the driver arrived 1 hour late. ON the road he stopped like every 10 min to take some random guys. Result : we did a 5 hours trip instead of 3. It's okay to have a old bus or whatever, but punctuality should be a priority.

Booked online well in advance but the bus didn’t show up. Instead bundled onto another bus which arrived over two hours later than scheduled. Constant stopping and starting to pick people up on the road when the bus is already full and too hot.

Champa Mekong is not good. I left Kep at 2:45pm while the ticket said at 2:30pm. It took us to Kampot to pick up others guests, so I waited more than 1h in Kampot and arrived PP at 8pm. Totally, if u suppose to have meeting or work on time, don’t take it.
