Great driver, no complaint

Apparently the driver was not informed that the transfer was paid in advance. This led to some confusion. Not his fault. A plan where exactly to pick us up and to drop us would be helpful.

Clean van. No room for pax baggage due to space occupied by mail bags which was a problem for me as I had to place on internal seat which cramped us up. No water given to pax. Very good driver. Departed 10 minutes late. Overall OK

Bus turned up late but arrived at destination on time. Stopped en route frustratingly to wait for one passenger to join who was late. Should not have waited for him- without him and late bus, could have reached destination 20 minutes quicker.
