A long drive, the bus was very old and slow

very annoying that less than 1 hour from Siemens Reap we stopped at a roadside shop for a 10 minute stop. The shop owner ordered us off the bus saying the driver was still eating!. We had not spent enough! 30 minutes later we left.

The bur left 20 minutes late and we were panicking slightly about getting on our Siem reap flight to Phnom Penh. All worked out ok though as driver stopped at airport road on way back. We got a tuk tuk for $2 immediately to the airport

After a problem with bookmebus stealing our money for our original trip (had to rebook with another company), mekong bus did a wonderful job of accommodating us. Very punctual. Although not impressed with 30min stop in middle.Too long on already long trip

Booked for 13 people Siem Reap to Battabang. Arrived at depot and found had booked wrong date (tomorrow instead of today). Bus company was happy to refund but bookmebus refused and kept our money. Innocent mistake on our behalf. Bookmebus SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ticket is more expensive en théir own website than if you buy it in à hôtel for examole

Even though it took 4 hrs and WiFi was, ahem, spotty, I arrived at Siem Reap in one piece. Almost arrived in multiple pieces going reverse direction, in 2.15 hours, 10 days previously. Driver was speeding between multiple vehicles, dogs & cattle. Scary.

I've tried multiple companies with 'vans' which drive like madmen. This was comfortable, Felt safe and as it wasn't a full-sized bus, not really much slower than the van option. Would happily use again.

We were stucked in a 30 minute traffic shortly after leaving but the driver did not borher to explain what was going on maybe he dosnt't soeak English...
