At the first van of air conditioning broken down yet the driver immediately call backup to the new coach for collecting passengers . Salute to Mekong Express staff and drivers !

A bit late for pick up from hotel, and bus a bit late from "depot"/office! Besides, everything ok (except that I do not like mini-vans)

3 hour journey was broken up at a nice and unexpected 15 min stop at a coffee shop. Staff gave out water before the trip. Seats were leather and comfy. Looking forward to my next trip with this company.

Trip ok and pretty much on time. Did not like all luggage piled up next to driver as no one on bus could see anything out of front window 😐

Terrible experience with bookmebus. You issued 2 tickets for journey, when I called, person kept hanging up as they cant speak English (so why give a phone number?). Was issued with new ticket - seat 5A, bus didn't have a seat 5A. Won't use bookme again.

I'd received an email to say the start point for the bus had changed, but actually that wasn't the case. Fortunately I was quite early, so more than enough time to go back in the tuk tuk to the right place. Very friendly staff.
