Border Crossing and Travel Requirements

Check-in Time: Travelers must check in at the boarding area at least 30 minutes before departure and present their passport/visa information to the bus service provider for review. This is to avoid any issues during cross-border processing.
Immigration Process: Passengers traveling to Vietnam, Loas, or Thailand must ensure they have completed the immigration process on their own at the border checkpoint. The bus will not wait for any passengers who delay the process, and the operator will not be held responsible if a passenger misses the bus. We advise all passengers to complete their e-visa before departure.
Immigration Procedures: It is the passenger’s responsibility to complete the immigration procedures at the border checkpoint. Any delays or issues at these checkpoints are the responsibility of the traveler.
