Happy with the service but paid an extra $5 for the crossing visa

More than 7 hours instead of 6. And unexpected drop off place. But safe and comfortable trip. Strange border experience.

I booked for the trip from HCMC to Phnom Penh, I booked online, the bus was really different with bus that show online, its old , no snack like i read on the review. No power socket also .

Aggresive driver, drive like crazy fast and not safe and still not accurate time of arrival. Bad experience.

Bus was delayed at departure by 25-30 mins waiting for late passengers who blamed problems with pick up. Road conditions led to further delay, arriving in 4 hours. Seats not very spacious when people in front recline theirs. Overall not a bad journey.

The driver was talking on the phone for fist 2 hours using mic and it was loud. He was also touchinga his iPhone while he drives and he shoud focus on driving. He used big break at least 3 times and it was dangerous. The car was too cold too.

Sihanoukville to PP. The minivan left punctual. Driver was safe. Trip took 6hrs instead of 4-5hr, because of heavy traffic. Staff at departure point was service minded. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Bus clean, left slightly early -great! Mekong X needs to adjust it's timetable -with construction in Sihanoukville - no way trip could be 4 hrs. Driver was great. We arrived 3 hrs late & he took us further & assisted in negotiating a tuk tuk! So kind!
