Chairs are a bit too close together, leaving no space for arms to rest. Wifi is too slow, if you mention before that the bus have wifi should mention it will not work for more than half the way. Driver is good. Overall should make the bus ride comfortable

Inspector? I never seen him. May be i did miss but dont know about him. Important negative comment is driver. At least 2-3 times we were lucky to avoid accident. Driver was careless and drove very poor.

Mekong bus sation at shk just told us that they're not taking us to the ferry terminal and just go to the ferry company GTVC, ferry representative told us ferry is already full for 2pm even when we're there at 13:00. He said mekong express didnot confirm

I know it’s holiday but the bus picking up too many people on the road side like a public bus. And please bare in mind that the car AC unit gets quite hot during the day . Thank you

The bus delayed to depart about 45 minutes. But the driver drove so safe, the bus seat also comfortable, sadly because the wifi service didn't have a fast connection. But overall i like the hospitality of the staffs.

- too much AC, we were cold - the bus spent 10hoirs instead of 6!
