wifi not good, overall ok...

Your pickup point from Phnom Penh to HCMC is seriously problematic though. I wasn't able to find it on GRAB's map. I had to get a TUKTUK who couldn't find the location also. Ended up, a TUKTUK from another office took US$10 from us to catch up the bus.

Would never use this company again, the fiasco at the border was unnecessary and avoidable, wish I had of went with Giant Ibis, they didn’t have to wait 2 hours to get through passport control. And why did we all have to put a $ in our passports????

Overall good experience despite the delay and limited AC

The big disappointment was that we didn't get the box snack we have grown accustom to with Mekong Express. Is this something that Mekong has stopped supplying?

The inspector should be more clear on communicate with the entire bus instead of only speaking to your operators. I wasn't told to give him my passport so I almost didn't get it stamped goind out of Vietnam

Best driver I have seen in Cambodia in ages, honestly. He took over the other cars safely, and the speed was appropriate. Again, I highly recommend the driver, congratulations, keep up the standards. Great company.

The bus driver was so lovely, bus was comfortable with lots of toilet breaks and even 25 minutes for lunch. Only downside was the journey was supposed to take 4 hours (which was always very optimistic!) but took 7!
