Very dangerous driving, we lost a miror (the left miror) and yet the driver continued overtaking dangerously. Quite disapointed, even if the compagny is recommanded for its safety

The busdrive was not so confortabel as it was explainet. The bus was old.

We had to wait too much before we stop to go to pee. It would be better after 2 hours than 3 hours.

Bus broke down so was given a 7 seater taxi replacement which had 12 people and a dog in it meaning a shared seat and no seatbelt. Replacement taxi was arranged but it was the same with even the driver sharing his seat! A 3 hour journey ended up taking 6!

Driver was okay and accommodating. He drove safely. However, the state of the vehicle can be improved -- needs maintenance and cleaning.

We were happy with our experience on this journey. The bus was reasonably comfortable, the driving was safe and the arrival time acceptable (slightly late but there were road works). There was also one comfort stop.

We went to the wrong Mekong branch and the person-in-charge hire us a tuk tuk to the right station to avoid delay. Great service.
