The whole trip was a lot more enjoyable than expected! The leg room and comfort levels were amazing, and the staff were so helpful in helping us get visas and cross the border. Very impressed with your service- we'll be lifelong customers!!

I have taken this bus four times now and overtime without incident. In the past with other buses there was always some scam somewhere. Not with Nattakan! Professional, onetime and as comfortable as a bus can be. I'd rather fly but its much more expensive.

We bought a ticket for 8 am but started at 9. The ticket on your site costs 28$ + transaction fee, but at the bus station in Bangkok it's 750 bht (22-23$). Bad move!

the experience overall was OK but i will write on the internet that one of the drivers/guide told us to give him 40US$ for the visa to Cambodia and it turned out to be 30US$, every one on the bus was angry and to come back to bangkok i will not book wit u

Overall we had a smooth ride. They provided us some light snack, bottled water, pack lunch and a coffee. The bus driver and the inspector were very accomodating. They also guide us step by step in entering Cambodia. I hope they could provide free wifi :)

The roof of the bus leaks when it rains. Comfort is ok, but not VIP. Power outlet was working. Station in Siem Reap not in downtown. Overall it's ok but given Giant Ibis is just $4 more, Nattakan is overpriced on this route.
