Very very satisfied with the bus. Very good service. Driver dropped us off at the pier in Sihanoukville. It took around 5hrs with a breakfast break. Best bus experience so far!

VIP bus is a 12 seater mini van. Bus arrived 10 minutes late, but we got to Sihanuokville on time. You make a pitstop once where you can eat food + drinks. Overall satisfied & would ride again!

The driver left without us. Without even asking the hotel to call us. Nothing. We waited and waited then I had to buy new tickets on the local bus, the only seats left at the last minute. I will never recommend this company

The bus took an hour longer than it should have so it's best to factor in this kind of delay into your travel. There was no extra traffic or reason for this delay other than slowness of the driver. Minibus was clean, cool and comfortable. Would use again.

Friendly driver although little English. Stop on way for food, toilet. Water and wet wipe provided. Late arrival but not an issue.

We made contact with Mekong Bus via email and they responded promptly.They collected us from our hotel The staff were easy to deal with and dropped us at our hotel after arrival in Sianhoukville. Driver was safe and friendly. A great service. Recommend!
