Tu reserves 2 places pour un trajet direct dans un van et tu te retrouves dans un bus qui te laisse à kampot pendant plus d' une heure pour finir en van. Manque de respect envers les clients. Champa Mékong👎👎

Instead of kep, we drove at first to kampot and leave the bus, wait nearly 1 hour an drove with an other bus to kep. After 6 hours we arrived kep, not 3,5h as announced

I booked a minivan, but they had a big bus. I have a broken leg and had specifically booked the seats in front. Champa did not consider any compensation, and also went to Vietnam first. After 7 years in KH, I know that better service is available.

We purchased a VIP van due to departure and arrival time. On arrival we were told things are running late. What they didnt say was you vip van is not coming but in 1 hr you will be put on a bus to make the trip. Should have afford us a discount but nope

The bus company is a bit disorganized because they didn't arrange the bus to pick us up in Kep as we purchased the ticket for, and we ended up taking the tuk tuk through a dusty road from Kep to Kampot. Then, the van broke down half way. So disappointing.

Finally good, but late. They said us "is a direct bus and in 3-3'5 hours you will arrive to Kep" but finally we arrived 4'5h later and we needed to change the bus because the first stop was in Kampot...

Good overall experience. Easy way to take the bus when booking via Bookmebus.com. Driver was good and we didn't encounter any particular bad experience.

This van did not leave on time and did not pay attention to assigned seats. I get sick on long rides, so this wasn't ideal. Also, there was a transfer in Kampot (had to switch vans). Kampot was mass chaos and it was difficult to find the right van to Kep.

FALSELY Promoted as 3hr 30min PPenh to Kep departing@7:30am. Bus arrived into Kampot (about 30 min from Kep) at about 11:30 & then we were asked to get off the bus and wait for another service going to Kep "shortly"...GOT TO KEP SHORTLY AFTER 2PM!
