Driver picked me up at Kep on time but stopped over for 45 minutes at Kampot to pickup other customers. Plus traffic, bumpy road and 20 minutes break, so it took me 5hrs to get back to Phnom Penh.

Driver bumped into a truck in front of us, we were going slow and there was no damage. Lots of political people in the streets so the ride was delayed by about 2 hours as it was slow moving but not his fault, we made good time and he navigated well.

Very late being picked up and then packed into a mini van with the driver trying to sit his mates on top of us! Not good at all when you pay money for a seat! Appalling service.

Voyage inconfortable, nul, avec driver qui s'arrète quand ça lui va, pas aimable du tout ! Kep/Phnom penh =5h !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Je déconseille cette compagnie

From Kep, you have to wait in Kampot to change onto another bus, not direct. The minivan was old, dirty & worn, at one point the boot opened & luggage was strewn across the muddy road. Too many passengers & insufficient room. Take Cambodia Post instead!

Booked a ticket Kep-PP, time 3.5h. Left at 7.45am, first stop Kampot to change bus, while nobody said anything. We left at 8.45h in an old dirty bus (suspension, seats). On the way stopped many times to pick up more pax. Never again ! Arrived at 12.15 h.

This was the worst and most dissapointing bus ride I've had. Firstly, it was advertised as leaving kep at 7.30am taking 3.5 hours. 6 hours later, I made it to PP. A stop in kampot and at the local market. No-one listened to us. I am really angry.

The bus had no seatbelts. And, instead of taking me to Phnom Penh, the bus left late then took me to Kampot where they told me to wait 10 minutes. Half an hour later, I was put on another company's bus to Phnom Penh. I arrived at 12.30pm instead of 11am.
