The worst bus service I have ever used. The staff in Sihanoukville were so rude. Seats get changed without your knowledge, were made to sit in the back corner where the air-con did not reach us. Just look at TripAdvisor comments! AVOID! DISGUSTING COMPANY

Good service. Bus was comfortable with good air conditioning.

Did not see an inspector. Generally comfortable although air conditioning very cold and unable to turn off. About 45 mins later than schedule due to traffic. Still comfortable journey and would take again.

Seat choosing through online and real seat on van is not matched. Both way is being provided new seat while at check in at with van company.
