I showed up for my 4 pm bus and was told they were going to pick me up at 4:15 because they cancelled my bus and out me on the 5 pm. I provided a local number and email and yet they didn't notify me in advance.

Overall services ok. But want to remind that u have online booking system, must check every passenger's order# who buy personally in your office to avoid double booking on online maybe that seat# already booked or purchased by another passenger. Thanks

Booked seat 7 but was asked to accommodate someone else and move to seat 2 with not much leg space. I was okay with this but the issue was that there was water leaking from the roof on seat 1, 2 and driver's seat.
