This bus company lost our reservation, and refused to allow us on the VIP Van we had booked. Instead, they put us on a slower large bus leaving later that day, which arrived very late. The staff was very rude on top of this.

The adress of the location of departure in Phnom Penh on the ticket was incorrect. It was the adress from where Virak Buntam minibuses leave, but not the big bus we booked. We needed to take another tuktuk to get us to the right departure place.

Very good driver, comfortable chairs, one stop for lunch or coffee was good and not to long and another short toiletstop was pleasant.
