Bus was not the same as the picture online. It does not matter but I don’t like false advertising. Otherwise service was good.

Bus was in good shape and clean. Driver and crew were great. They hand out a cold water and a light breakfast sandwich (croissant, ham and cheese pizza bread, etc.). We'll worth the money.

Great - like to be picked up and dropped off at our hotels.

In my email it said there were TWO drop off points, we passed the first so asked why they didn't stop, she said because her office was at the next stop but we booked accom next to the first stop for a reason and so we had to tuk tuk to our Hostel. -.-

We were given a snack at the start which was awesome and tasty. Seats were comfortable, a lot of leg room. Wifi was alright, not excellent

Very punctual and professional, however, the bus was not in good condition. Quite old with a weak aircon.
