Left later than expected and was crammed a little too full. Trip itself was fairly short.

Really annoying to be transferred to another pier from the main office. Delayed for over one hour transferring from shuttle to bus to ferry. Return trip met expectations.

Our boat departed 2 hours late. When we inquired about departure time, we were told first that there was a storm, then that there was a big whale. Turns out the water was rough, and there were certainly safety concerns, but we should have been informed.
