When I book KSO company but they transfer me to ride on another bus company which make me feel not safe because the bus is really old. It's not reliable service.

Bus was due to set off at 10 30, the driver sat outside the bus smoking until around 11 30. Had two break stops on the way which lasted too long and again the driver was just smoking the whole time

+ cheap $6 bus trip from siem reap to phnom penh + no overbooked - reckless driver - no any information about stops or the last stop - no wifi or ac as they promise first - seats old and uncomfortable next time book better bus
