Bus company did not pickup at hotel as promised. Bus stopped to pick up locals several times. Border control took long due to inspection of items purchased by staff on route. Did not get seat that was booked. Toilet terrible and unusable.

Everything was great except for luggage storage. It needs a good cleaning. Only bus that dirtied my backpack in Southeast Asia.
