The bus was 3 hrs late than the time mentioned on the bookmebus website.

Showed my emailed ticket and they gave me a physical copy. Just remember to bring a sweater and pants because the air conditioning works! Also bring headphones/earplugs because the driver needs to use his horn to safely drive on the highway.

If you book online then you need to present your online reservation at the bus station ticket counter to exchange it for an actual bus ticket. All quick and very easy.
