The boat left late and then they didn’t drop us off at the main pier as we expected. Some people had to then pay for a water taxi or walk on the beach for 20 minutes with their luggage

Prompt departure. In respect of safety, life belts available for all. Make sure you check when you get to Sihanoukville, you can’t miss the office. The journey was great fun, awesome speed but you felt very safe. Plenty of crew on board. Recommended.

They scanned my QR code 3 times! I asked when I got on&off the boat if it is was correct boat & destination. Left me stranded on the wrong island. It ruined entire vacation I had to pay another boat to take me. got back, went to the office they ignored me

The journey to Koh Rong Sanloem woth the Speedboat was on time, there is a waitong room with AC and everything worked. Be aware that the speedboat is going 55 km/h which can be a little rocky but it was a nice ride and safety gear was on board.
