• ជើងឡាននេះ​ជាការសហការរវាងក្រុមហ៊ុន សាលី វីអាយភី និង​ក្រុមហ៊ុន Rawee ថៃឡង់ដ៍ | This trip is operated under the cooperation between Saly VIP and Rawee Thailand.

• នេះមិនមែនជាជើងឡានផ្ទាល់ទេ អតិថិជន​នឹងប្ដូរឡាន​នៅព្រំដែន ហើយ​រថយន្តដែលបម្រើនៅក្នុងប្រទេសថៃជាប្រភេទឡាន វីអាយភី | This is not a direct trip. Customers will tranfer at the border. The VIP Van is used to serve in Thailand.

• អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរ​ត្រូវ​មានលិខិតឆ្លងដែន និង ឯកសារផ្សេងៗ​តាម​តម្រូវការរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល​ប្រទេសថៃឡង់ដ៍ ។ សំបុត្រទិញហើយ មិនអាចលុបចោល ឬ ប្ដូរយកប្រាក់វិញបានទេ ប្រសិនបើអតិថិជនមិនអាចធ្វើដំណើរបាន ដោយសារតែមិនមានឯកសារអ្វីមួយ

• អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរ​ត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវលើនីតិវិធីក្នុងការឆ្លងដែននៅច្រកព្រំដែនខ្មែរ​ និងថៃឡង់ដ៍។ ក្រុមងារយើងជួយរៀបចំឯកសារ​ និងបំពេញទំរង់ពត៌មានសម្រាប់អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរ និងក្រុមងារយើងនឹងជួយបន្ថែមប្រសិនបើមានតម្រូវផ្សេងៗ។

• Travelers must have​ a Valid Passport (and Visa), and other required documents. No refund shall be made if travelers are not allowed to enter because of lacking any documents.

• It's Traveler's responsibility to do immigrant procedures at the border checkpoints. Saly VIP is helpful to fulfill the application for boarding pass at the border; and Saly VIP will give any supports if needed.

• The purchased tickets are not refundable
• Passengers must be present at the boarding point at least 20 minutes before the departure time.
• The ticket will be considered as invalid for late or no show-up by the departure time.
• Please cooperate with our staff at the station to change seat(s) if your seat(s) must be changed during the trip.
• Refund is not available for any issues related to the complimentary services such as pickup service, Wi-Fi, Snack, outlet, and so on.
• The travel duration shown in this trip is estimated based on Saly VIP transit experience, however it possibly takes longer depending on road condition, rainy season, etc.
• Parents may hold infants (below 3 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.
• Passengers are allowed to bring one luggage and one small cabin luggage. Please note that the weight of your luggage should not exceed 15 kg. Overweight bags may be subject to an additional charge.
• Livestock, pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material are prohibited aboard the bus. You should not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (like durian, etc.).
