អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរ​ត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវលើនីតិវិធីក្នុងការឆ្លងដែននៅច្រកព្រំដែនខ្មែរ​ និងថៃឡង់ដ៍។ ក្រុមងារយើងជួយរៀបចំឯកសារ​ និងបំពេញទំរង់ពត៌មានសម្រាប់អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរ និងក្រុមងារយើងនឹងជួយបន្ថែមប្រសិនបើមានតម្រូវផ្សេងៗ។

Travelers must have​ a Valid Passport (and Visa), and other required documents. No refund shall be made if travelers are not allowed to enter because of lacking any documents.

It's Traveler's responsibility to do immigrant procedures at the border checkpoints. Saly VIP is helpful to fulfill the application for boarding pass at the border; and Saly VIP will give any supports if needed.
