សម្រាប់ការធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់ប្រទេសថៃឡង់ដ៍ និង វៀតណាម- IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TRIPS TO THAILAND AND VIETNAM:
- អ្នកធ្វើដំណើរត្រូវរៀបចំឯកសារ ៖ លិខិតឆ្លងដែន និង ឯកសារផ្សេងៗតាមតម្រូវការរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រទេសដែលធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់ ។
- សំបុត្រទិញហើយ មិនអាចលុបចោល ឬ ប្ដូរយកប្រាក់វិញបានទេ ប្រសិនបើអតិថិជនមិនអាចធ្វើដំណើរបាន ដោយសារតែមិនមានឯកសារអ្វីមួយ
- Travelers must have: Valid Passport (and Visa), and other required documents. No refund shall be made if travelers are not allowed to enter Thailand/Vietnam because of lacking any documents.
- It's Traveler's responsibility to do immigrant procedures at the border checkpoints, however, Virak Buntham would give you such necessary assistance.

- The purchased tickets are not refundable
- Passengers must be present at the boarding point at least 20 minutes before the departure time.
- The ticket will be considered as invalid for late or no show-up by the departure time.
- BookMeBus will not make any refund related to the operator’s complimentary services such as pickup service, Wi-Fi, Snack, outlet, and so on.
- The travel duration shown in this trip is estimated based on Virak Buntham transit experience, however it possibly takes longer depending on road condition, rainy season, immigrant procedure, etc.
- Parents may hold infants (below 3 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.
- Passengers are allowed to bring one luggage and one small cabin luggage. Please note that the weight of your luggage should not exceed 15 kg. Overweight bags may be subject to an additional charge.
- You must have your own responsibility on your luggage with the officers at the border.
- Livestock, pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material are prohibited aboard the bus. You should not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (like durian, etc.).
