ATTENTION

• For all cross-border routes between Thailand and Cambodia, the service provider does not include the associated cross-border fees. The operator will only help to proceed the immigration process on travel date. But It is exclusively the customer's responsibility to autonomously make the payment for these fees.
• A copy of an E-visa for Cambodian (if available)
• We strongly recommend that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival to avoid possible denied entry.
• From Bangkok to Cambodia the trip are indirect so every passenger will transfer to VAN or BUS at the border.The vehicle type can be flexible and changed without prior notice (Van or Bus), depending on the number of passengers on that day.
• The travel duration shown in this trip is estimated based on Travel Mart transit experience, however it possibly takes longer depending on road condition, rainy season, immigrant procedure, etc.
• Refund is not available for any issues related to the complimentary services such as pickup service, Wi-Fi, Snack, outlet, and so on.
• Parents may hold infants (below 3 years old) without purchasing an additional ticket.
• Livestock, pets, weapons, illegal products and hazardous material are prohibited aboard the bus. You should not bring strong smelling food items onto the bus (like durian, etc.).

Baggage Policy

• With BUS: Two stored bags are permitted. Please place them in the baggage compartment before boarding the bus.
• With VAN: Only one stored bag is allowed. Kindly store it in the baggage compartment prior to boarding the van.
• In addition, you may carry one carry-on bag, which should be stored under your seat or in the overhead baggage compartment above your seat.
• Please be sure your name and contact information is on your bag.
