Actually, the pick up at airport is not available for all bus companies but the passengers can wait for the bus at Park Cafe Restaurant which is in front of the airport. The pick up there is available with CTT, PSD, and Mekong express.

For a transfer FROM the airport please specify your arrival time according to your ticket. The driver will monitor your arrival according to the flight number. If you are going TO the airport, subtract from the departure time (specified in your ticket) 3 hours and duration of the trip to the airport (it is specified on the transfer page).
For example: your departure time is 2.00pm, duration of the trip to the airport is 1hour, then you need to specify a departure time as 10.00am.

The Contact Number of Private Taxi Operator is state on the e-ticket. Please, call him or text him if your flight is delayed or canceled. It’s possible that the driver doesn’t have enough time to monitor such changes in the airport tracking system. If you don’t find your driver upon arrival, call him or text him saying where you’re waiting for him.

Yes, it is. You will have 'a seat' on the trip you booked as soon as you get your confirmation voucher. The voucher you received shows your booking number and the seat number. Your seat number is guaranteed, unless the bus operator changes the seating in last minute to accommodate a lady/child/monk/handicapped person. If you were able to pick a seat during the booking process you will get it, unless something happened during your booking. In such a case the seat number is taken automatically by the system and you will receive the best seats available at that point. So the seats are guaranteed, the seat numbers are not!

If you are not familiar with the location or you find it difficult to get there you might show the ticket to a taxi driver or ask the staff at the front desk of your hotel to organize transfer to the boarding point.
There are 2 types of ticket on our website, Instant booking and non-instant one. For Instant booking, there is a badge stating as "Instant" on the search result page. This means that your booking will be confirmed by email/SMS right upon the payment.
For non-instant booking one, on a passenger information page we do state that
"Notice! This bus operator requires a pre-check for seat availability. Please leave us your information below and proceed with the payment. Our operation team will contact you back in no longer than 15 minutes with the best option."
This means your reservation confirmation will take some times upon payment since it requires a pre-check for seat availability with the operator you booked. Upon checking, normally it takes between 15 minutes and 30 minutes, you will be contacted by our agent via email for options. In case, the bus you booked is not available or FULL, we will provide you other trip options with similar quality OR a full refund to your bank account. Well, this needs your on-time confirmation response via email to proceed.

If you are travelling with a Direct Bus, the staff on board will take care of collecting your Passport and arranging your visa. You do not need to unboard the vehicle to cross the border.
In case your bus is not direct, you will need to unboard your bus at the border and arrange your visa with your Passport by yourself. Another bus will be waiting for you at the other side of the border, so make sure the bus staff make clear the position of the new vehicle.
Everybody wants to sit together. We know that. Our support team always try to get the seats as close to each other as possible.
