  1. Ticket Modification, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

    Any requests for ticket modifications, such as rescheduling or cancellation, are only valid if the passenger notifies our service via email at support@bookmebus.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for rescheduling or cancellation, as we cannot guarantee any changes with the bus supplier.

  2. Arrival at Boarding Point

    Passengers are required to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in missed schedules, and no refund will be provided. The ticket will expire upon bus departure.

  3. Seat Assignment Changes Upon Boarding

    Please be aware that in some cases, the assigned seat number may be changed when boarding the bus due to unforeseen circumstances, such as seat availability, technical issues, or operational requirements. Passengers are kindly asked to follow any instructions provided by the bus staff regarding seat assignments upon boarding.

  4. Second Trip Scheduling

    If a customer has a second trip scheduled, we recommend allowing sufficient time between the first and second trips to avoid potential scheduling conflicts in case the first trip arrives late.

  5. Responsibility for Timely Arrival

    It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure early or on-time arrival at the boarding station. Missed schedules or delays are not eligible for refunds. Once the bus departs, the ticket becomes invalid.

  6. Unexpected Vehicle Changes

    In the event of an unexpected technical issue with the bus, the vehicle may be changed without prior notice to ensure passengers reach their final destination safely and on time. BookMeBus will not be held responsible for any inconveniences caused by such unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Delayed Bus Arrivals

    If the bus arrives later than the scheduled time due to circumstances beyond the control of BookMeBus or the bus operator, no compensation will be provided for any unforeseen events that cause the delay.

  8. Delays Beyond Control

    BookMeBus and the bus operator make every effort to minimize delays; however, passengers acknowledge that delays beyond our control, including unforeseen technical issues, road conditions, weather, or border procedures, may occur and are not eligible for compensation.

  9. Complimentary Services

    BookMeBus will not provide any refund related to the operator’s complimentary services, such as pickup service, Wi-Fi, snacks, power outlets, etc.

  10. Estimated Travel Duration

    The travel duration shown for this trip is estimated based on the bus service provider’s experience. However, it may take longer depending on road conditions, weather, immigration procedures, and other unforeseen factors.

  11. Infant and Child Ticket Policy

    Infants under the age of 3 are not required to have tickets. They must be accompanied by an adult and sit on their lap. Children aged 4 and above must purchase their own seat at the full price.

  12. Baggage Policy

    Passengers are allowed to bring one luggage and one small cabin luggage. Please note that the weight of your luggage should not exceed 20 kg for the bus and 15 kg for the van. Overweight bags may be subject to an additional charge at the station.

  13. Personal Belongings

    Passengers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables. The bus service provider will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the trip.

  14. Prohibited Items

    Livestock, pets, weapons, illegal products, and hazardous materials are prohibited aboard the bus. Passengers should avoid bringing strong-smelling food items (e.g., durian) onto the bus.

  15. Documentation Requirements

    All passengers must have valid identification (e.g., passport, visa) for travel. Any passenger denied entry at immigration due to improper documentation will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.

  16. Privacy and Data Protection

    BookMeBus respects your privacy. Any personal data provided during booking will be used solely for processing your trip and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to complete your travel arrangements.

  17. Passenger Conduct

    Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the journey. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the bus, and the passenger will not be eligible for a refund.

  18. Indirect Trip

    For trips that cross provinces or borders, please note that the bus may be changed at certain stops, depending on the schedule you booked. This change may involve a switch to a van, a different bus, or a night bus, based on the specific travel arrangements and availability.

    For any urgent matters, inquiries, or assistance during your trip, please contact BookMeBus customer service at support@bookmebus.com. Our working hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Sunday


Border Crossing and Travel Requirements

  • Luggage Responsibility: Passengers are fully responsible for their luggage during border crossings and must coordinate with border officers for any luggage-related procedures.

  • Required Documentation: Travelers must ensure they have the following valid documents:

    • Passport
    • Visa (if applicable)
    • Any other required travel documents
      No reimbursement will be given if travelers are denied entry to Cambodia or a neighboring country due to insufficient documentation. Passengers must ensure they apply for any necessary visas (such as an electronic visa) before the departure date.
  • Check-in Time: Travelers must check in at the boarding area at least 30 minutes before departure and present their passport/visa information to the bus service provider for review. This is to avoid any issues during cross-border processing.

  • Immigration Process: Passengers traveling to Vietnam, Loas, or Thailand must ensure they have completed the immigration process on their own at the border checkpoint. The bus will not wait for any passengers who delay the process, and the operator will not be held responsible if a passenger misses the bus. We advise all passengers to complete their e-visa before departure.

  • Immigration Procedures: It is the passenger’s responsibility to complete the immigration procedures at the border checkpoint. Any delays or issues at these checkpoints are the responsibility of the traveler.
