Trip started by van for about 2 hours, not what hired. Driver drop us after crossing border with luggage to walk to a terrible access/pier and then the boat was not what the photos showed. Quite dissapointed. Arrived late to Chau Doc and lost our bus.

Trip started by van for about 2 hours, not what hired. Driver drop us after crossing border with luggage to walk to a terrible access/pier and then the boat was not what the photos showed. Quite dissapointed. Arrived late to Chau Doc and lost our bus.

We did online booking for a trip by vessel with Mekong Explorer to the Chau Doc. On the internet this company is the cheapest. Vessel has been broken, they took us half of way via land and Vietnam side via Mekong.Book another company at the port! Cheaper!

We are not transfert fiom phnom pen to chau doc by boat but by bus i have payed for a transfet by boat but it did not happen and the refund of 12 dollars is not correct
