Spare plenty of time.

Not on time. Not very helpful inspector. Boat was okay. Quick boarding.

We have been waiting as the boat was late and when he finally reached our hotel, the staff did not wait for our booking and left without a word or any explanation. We had to ask our hotel to call them to make the boat coming back to pick up our family.

A bottle of water would have been appreciated

The ferry arrived 30 minutes later. I went to the office near the pier and the guy was sleeping. Totally not recomendable.

Everything okay / good except the delay of departure (around 40 min).

Boat a bit late but generally alright.

Never go with Buva Sea, their service is the worst. We had a delay already and then they said there was a big whale?! so we could not leave. We had to buy a new ticket from another company GTVC which was amazing! So go for GTVC!
