Excellent and reliable service

My second trip with this company. I must have arrived at the hotel pickup point too late and the shuttle had left already. The company put me in taxi so I could catch the bus that was stuck in traffic. Amazing military operation on their behalf. Impressed

Easy enough trip, very fast bumpy ride well worth taking travel sickness tablets if need be and making sure your bags are waterproof and there’s nothing fragile in them. The journey was fun though!

Ferry didn’t leave at 9 am. Left at 9.30 and then made another stop so didn’t arrive at 9.45 as advertised but about 10.30.

The boat to Koh Rong main pier takes about 2 hours. So way longer than mentioned. Waiting before departure is in a parking lot. Expect no more than just transport.

At the booking site it says boat arrives in 40min, however this is misleading information. The trip took over one hour and half.

On the way back from Koh Rong ferry was late for an hour. Make sure you have a lot of time and not in rush for your next bus/flight/etc
