The staff members were kind and professional, which made me feel safe and secure throughout the journey. Additionally, the interior of the bus was extremely comfortable. It was a truly pleasant experience.

The WiFi on the bus has no internet connection.

I was victim of a border scam. Someone wearing a BS shirt helped me with my visa. He claimed that the officer wanted $200 (supposed to be 25) or I would have to go back to Phnom Penh. Not sure if an actual employee but was definitely part of the scam.

There is no Wifi connection and power to charge the phone as it shown on the commercial.

Fantastic FIRST Class service! Bus is clean, the team is extremely helpful. They helped me land others passangers load up the luggages. For meals, when you board, provide two mini croissant plus milk. For lunch, two dishes with rice. Highly recommended.
