Very positive experience!

The driver waiting always for late customer and pick up people from the street. It takes so much time. I can't recommend a bus company who is unpunctual

最悪です。スリーピングバスが運休してバンに乗せられました。返金もしません。到着も遅れました。 この会社は使わないほうが身のためです。

Супер классная поездка. Автобус новый, чистый, удобный. Ехали с мужем вдвоем на одной полке, такого даже в поезде нет. Зарядка, подсветка, кондиционер, чистый плед, который ещё очень вкусно пахнет. Туалет внутри. Остановки тоже были. Время прошло быстро.

There was a big confusion over the pickup location in Kampong Thom. We were told a different place from the original ticket, but then the driver couldn’t find us and he arrived an hour late. I’m sure it’s fine in the bigger cities where they have a depot.
