Amazing service, our family of 6 had issues at the border ending with us having to seperate into Vietnam and to Cambodia. Drivers on both sides helped us trouble shoot and supported us on next steps. Even reminding us to get water in our stressed state.

Left late, alone over the border, finding the second driver with a picture, they missed our stop but we still got the bus. Not ideal but we made it and everyone was nice to us

If they know, that the road is in a bad condition and therefore it is impossible to reach Sihanoukville within 2.5hours, they should not say so (also on the website). at least the driver told us, after we asked

Arrived at 2:05pm instead of 1pm! Take that into account if you have a boat planned right after. Very bumpy road from Kampot to Sihanoukville shaking strongly the passengers... Staff in Kampot friendly but the driver did not speak english or smile at all.

Trip was supposed to be 2,5h in a minibus. It took 4 hours in a big bus. No information nor apology was provided about the change of transport and I almost missed my boat to koh rong samloem, which would have cost me another 3 hours.

We arrived at 8.15 for our 8.30 bus and it had already left without us, despite booking online and it was full. The company were really apologetic and arranged for a private transfer to take us to the port. We arrived on time and had a lovely driver.
