I always take Kim Seng Express to go to Kep, once a month, never been decept

Late service, pickup time was 8am but bus left at 11am from Phnom Penh. driver was roaming in the city to pickup other passenger.

Comfortable and clean bus. Departed and arrived ahead of schedule. Free cookies and chilled water given out. Very well organised at the depot. Driver drove quickly (but not aggressively) and used mobile phone whilst driving.

Fast and Furious driver Van is old but the car trip before this was great though

Driver drive too fast and not considerate on passenger’s safety
