Great service, on-time departure and arrival.

As promised, they brought us safely from Phom Phen to Ho Chi Minh city. The border proces felt a bit chaotic and inefficient. But I guess that's just how it works.

A really good service. I booked the bus 2 times. From Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh and back. They help you really good with your visa, no problems with that. They take your pasport, and gave it back later with a stamp. I recommend this organisation.

Bus has poor air conditioning the entire trip, 40mn behind arrival schedule. Bus window has no curtains to prevent sunlight

The PP to HCMC bus ride was so much better than the HCMC to PP ride. Bus was almost empty, remarkably efficient process at the border and arrived in HCMC one hour earlier than expected. I can only say good things about the Long Phuong bus company staff...

It was not a sleeping bus but the seats were really comfy and can recline which was really appreciated for 7h trip. Instructor took our passports and money when board the bus and he did everything for us on the border. Really recommended

A solid service, punctual and competent driving. As many foreigners and first-timers use this service attendants could be a bit more pro-active and provide timely information not only in Vietnamese but also in English like most did before the pandemic.
